Planning permission to replace an existing house of c.3,000 sqft and with a new house of 9,500 sqft. on a private road in the Highgate conservation area.

Key features included a full basement with a reflecting pool and centrepiece polished concrete staircase.

This house attracted much publicity and was the “X-Factor House” for the 2009 series. It was also featured in The Sunday Times and on BBC2.
