Planning permission was obtained to replace an existing house of c.3,000 sqft with a new house of 9,500 sqft. on a private road in the Highgate conservation area. The new house  included an extensive basement with a swimming pool, spa and gym, cinema and associated plant.

Having gained support from both neighbours for this project, there were no objections at the planning committee, and the scheme was unanimously voted for approval.
